Payment Instructions

Monthly fee payments

Trainer pays monthly fee (100€ or 200€ + VAT if applicable) via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Credit/Debit card

Trainers who select CREDIT/DEBIT CARD as their preferred payment method will receive the SUBSCRIPTION LINK during the last week of the month in which they signed the contract.

Once subscribed, the Trainer is charged a recurring fee on the same day each month for as long as subscription last. Trainer can unsubscribe at any point. If there are not enough funds on the Trainer's card to cover the monthly fee, another attempt will be made on the following day.

Bank transfer

Trainers who select BANK TRANSFER as their preferred payment method will receive their invoice during the first week of each month for the previous month. The invoice includes the monthly fee and students fee and the cost of banners if the Trainer had any students or ordered any banners in the previous month.

The invoice will be sent to their official Sviato Academy email address and is due to be paid by the end of the month.

Student Registration and Student Fee Payments

Registration process:

• Registration is completed through registration links provided by Sviato Academy.
• The Trainer must request the registration link by emailing student@sviato.academy at least one day before the course begins.
• The registration link is sent to Trainer's email address.
• Trainers register students by entering their first name, last name, and email address through the provided link.
• Having completed the registration, the Trainer can download the files that should be printed on the blank paper certificates.

Student Fee Payments:

• At the beginning of each month, the Trainer receives an invoice for the students which he/she had in the previous month, if there were any students.
• The fee per student is 50€.
